Another couple days down and about the same thing as before. When I make a plan and work it my days go better.
Yesterday I got everything done I needed to get done and had some time with family. Today I’m spending time with family and doing the 75 Hard.
Another easy day is almost done.
I feel like this is getting easy and it worries me.
If it is this easy I’m afraid that I’ll screw it up by not paying attention.
I have a little more water and steps to make today. But diet was easy even going to the Rampage Hockey game today. I had some peanuts and water. I feel like an elephant (peanuts and water). But I didn’t eat anything else. Cotton Candy was everywhere. It helps that I roped my family into my schedule and diet so they didn’t eat any crap either.
How about you. Can you get through the tough times so that you can get to those easy days? And when those easy days make you easy? Can you deal with that?
I had a hard time with the easy times the last decade. My life was simple and too easy. Easy times make weak men. I’ve become a weak man and now working back to become strong again. The only thing that makes strong men is hard times. I’ve made my hard times with this challenge. It’s making me stronger, both physically and mentally.
I guess I’ve learned that I need hard times and am thankful the world hasn’t been giving them to me. One the other hand I’ve learned to create hard times for myself to keep making myself better.
