Day 6 of 75 Hard Challenge Round 2

Today was a great day that is winding down with things still left to do.

I’ve done tones of things this Saturday and had a great time, but I still need to get my 75 Hard Challenge done. Only a couple things left including this post.

My Challenge:

  1. Do the Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod
  2. Workout
  3. Do a Post and Podcast here
  4. Snap In
  5. Work on creating content on my side hustle for at least 30 minutes
  6. Track my Time from Off the Clock by Laura Vanderkam
  7. Slow Carb Diet from The 4-Hour Body by Tim Ferriss
  8. Drink One Gallon of Water
  9. Drink Two Protein Shakes
  10. Two Social Media Posts

I have to Drink another protein shake, finish this post, and finish tracking my time. But things are good.

I spent lots of time with my family today, shot a competition with a good friend, who is also one of my business partners in my other venture, and we recorded a really hart felt podcast about surviving mentally after a life threatening event. I’ve been in 11 gun fights as a United States Marine and a couple more as a security contractor, so coming home was hard. I made it and hopefully my podcast can help others do the same. I couldn’t have made it without the help of my friend Bob Mayne (to be posted July 2).

Now it’s evening and I’m excited about what the next day will bring hoping to finish and spend some time with the kid before he goes to bed and then some time with my wife.

Life is good, and this challenge is making it better, it’s making me better, and I’m appreciating life more.

If you aren’t doing the challenge, do it. Take the next couple days to figure out a game plan and then go for it. Don’t worry if you plan isn’t great, no plan survives first contact with the enemy. Just go for it! You’ll learn along the way and make your life better.

    1. To keep going! I was doing so well and thought I’ll just do a little of the round 1 stuff and continue. Within 2 weeks I totally fell off the wagon. My diet and workouts slipped, my water slipped, and I even let the reading slip 1 day. Couldn’t stand it. So I thought of how much improvement I had over 75 days and decided to do it again for more growth in my life.

    1. Thanks Susie, yeah my grammar sucks, and autocorrect is suppose to be smarting but has been helping me less. I’ll try and do better just for you.😜 But seriously, are you doing the program? What day are you on? Thank you so much for reading the blog. I’m honored.
