If anyone has noticed, I’m now a day behind, but will hopefully get back on track with 2 days tomorrow.
So this is what happened yesterday.
Got up and got my 10 pages read and had my Monster. Shouldn’t have had it that early. It didn’t really hurt anything as yesterday was the cheat day for the 4-Hour Body Slow Carb diet, but it still sets a bad president. I need to stop (and I drink it at 11am today, so a little better). Tomorrow it will be at lunch to make sure I get my water in.
Drinking a gallon of water was easy yesterday even with the extra food I ate. The water is becoming a habit that I want to keep around for ever. I use to drink gallons a day and was much healthier. So I will keep the water going down long after this challenge is done just because it makes me feel better all around.
My morning workout was walking outside with the family and the dog. The kid is beginning to hate the walks and not sure how to get him motivated to take 6 walks a week. The seventh day for me is a bike ride. But I’ll just keep pushing him along as long as the wife keeps going with me. I really hope she keeps going. I’ve talked to her multiple times about this challenge and tried getting her on board but she was not having all of it.
In the evening I was dragging to the gym. Just no energy to do my deadlift workout, but I did it and I hit my numbers that I was shooting for! Can’t beat the feeling that I beat the workout when it seemed impossible. It was a nice was to end the day.

I’m finally getting happy to take the pictures, I’m starting to see a change.
