Lisa here with day 20 of 75 hard round 3, well round 1 for me and 3 for the hubby. Our 5 things we’re doing for our modified 75 hard are: workout, drink a gallon of water, post 2 business social media posts, post content to our sites, and create a schedule for each day.
The most important thing I have to tell you today is I went to Vegas for 4 days, ate gluten free goodness and desserts at buffets, and somehow came back 4 lbs lighter than when I left! I am going to credit all the walking and water drinking with my success. Side note, if you are in Las Vegas the Wicked Spoon at The Cosmopolitan is an amazing buffet with all the gluten free items (most of the buffet) marked. I’m pretty sure you could follow almost any diet plan with the array of item offered.
Today I did all the things. Well all the things on my schedule and then some. The nice part of about having a schedule is knowing what can move around, so I can do last minute opportunities and still get everything accomplished for the day. I use my Passion Planner (commissioned link) to help me plan my day and reach my goals.
It was my first day back at work since out mini vacay, though I did work while we were gone this was my first day actually AT work. I love my job so much, it’s emotionally and physically draining, but I wouldn’t change it for anything. I for sure counted my job as exercise today after leaf blowing half the parking lot and walkway to prepare the house. I also loaded and unloaded cases of cub scout popcorn. Which reminds me, if you want to support scouting and help our kid go to camp you can buy popcorn, as a gift to others if its not on your diet, or make a donation to send popcorn to our troops through Trails End.
I just can’t get it together with my water. I am drinking a gallon, but it’s a push at the end of each day to get it in so I can go to bed.
