Lisa here with an update of my 75 hard. In our modified version of 75 Hard we are drinking a gallon of water, posting 2 business related Social Media posts, posting 1 piece of content, exercising, and creating a schedule every day.
Today, my son woke up late, which is not normal for him, so we started school later than normal. This wasn’t a huge deal since he ended up focusing and doing his work quickly, so we still ended up finished sooner than normal. Then I stared to develop a headache, which threw off my afternoon. I had planned to chill for a while during lunch and then work starting at 1:30. That did not work out. This glorious cool weather has unfortunately been causing me pressure headaches that are not responsive to meds. It’s making completing my schedule and the thought of working out later awful. Ugh.
I’m pushing through the best I can, writing this while I watch my son at ninja practice. My workout tonight will probably consist of Pilates instead of walking, since the outside doesn’t seem to love me and it’s getting dark earlier.
My social media posts were easy since I had some scheduled and I also made a post this morning before my head started to really hurt.
The other easy thing today was my water. Since my head hurt the easiest possible solution was drinking more water. I’ll probably be at my water goal before 8 pm. Shocking, I know!
