It’s Lisa again. First of all Texas lost its mind and though yesterday was 95 todays high was 58 and windy. Surprisingly, with this cold weather I actually got a ton of steps in. We took a family walk this morning, in the freezing wind and sprinkling rain, ant them later at our park group I walked with some other moms, though that was partially to stay warm. Workout: double check.
2 Social Media posts: I scheduled those out yesterday, and am bout to schedule some for tomorrow out right now. This challenge is keeping me on top of way more than I have in the past.
1 piece of content: On days where I share here it’s actually a bit easier. My local site has been pretty easy this month too, with all the fall festivals and pumpkin patches. Now my main site is harder. It’s mostly recipes and saving money. Recipes take time to create, make the dish and photograph. It’s not easy or quick.
1 Gallon Water: even though it’s cold the windy day has made drinking necessary and therefore a bit easier. I can’t stand feeling dry.
Schedule: Fridays are my day off, sort of. normally I grocery shop, take my son to the park, and follow up with volunteers for the weekend. Today I did get to sleep in without anywhere to be and I ordered groceries from Shipt, which was far more relaxing than normal. I also took one for the team and brought my son out to sell cub scout popcorn in the freezing wind so he could reach his goal. I’ve agreed to take him door to door tomorrow in the cold so pray for us. lol
So that’s it. What did the 75 hard challenge do for me today? It kept me accountable. Without the 75 hard I may or may not have taken a walk today, I’m sure I wouldn’t have posted content, and I doubt I would have counted how much water I drank.
