Today was a work day. Nothing special, just a lot of driving and then a lot of computer time. I did get to have dinner with the family, they went on a walk with me for my workout, and played Monopoly with the kid for over an hour. No one won yet.
But it was a good day. I’m tired, and still getting all of the things done for my challenge. I went through the list and found that I almost forgot to post on Social Media today.
If you truly want to be successful you have to set yourself a system. Mine is simple right now. I use Todoist on my iPhone and computer and then go down the list. I have my 10 things as reoccurring tasks. So everyday they auto populate into my today folder. I go down the list multiple times a day and work on it. When they are all checked off, I’m done.
I’ve seen a couple people using a paper checklist they print everyday and others using an excel sheet on the computer to check off every day. No matter how you do it, you can’t rely on your memory to get it done. Go through a check list every day and you won’t fail. That’s why pilots use one even though most of the good ones have them memorized. They still go down the list to make sure they don’t miss anything.
What’s your system? What system will you use? Are you doing the challenge?
It will make your life better. Come do the challenge and I guarantee it. It’ made me and my life better.
