Finish strong, just like you started. Strong isn’t sprinting to the end, that is when you mess things up. Finish like you started.
Over training is a real things that can really get you hurt. Here is what I’m doing to finish the 75 Hard Challenge even though I know I’m over trained right now.
What do you do if you miss a goal? A goal is never truly missed until you are dead. Reset, and do it again until you acheive your goal.
Don’t drop your pack close to the finish. Even at the finish be slow to drop your pack so you can ensure the race is over.
