Hello from the other side. I’ve finished the challenge and am finishing 3 days after.
I had a hostess cup cake the first day off the diet and it sucked. So I’m keeping the diet from the 75 Hard Challenge and just going to keep going. I could still stand to lose some weight.
I read a post on Instagram (I follow the #75Hard) from a guy that fell off the wagon on day 71! He forgot to take a progress picture because he fell asleep before he did and woke up the next morning, without a pic. That was heart breaking for me. I’m so glad I didn’t let that happen to me.
But it shows, you have to put the big rocks in first. You have to do the most important things and then everything else. I tried to take a progress pick more then once a day so I didn’t mess it up. And I did it after my first workout which was early in the morning. My wife doesn’t like them, because some of them I’m still sweating and my shirt is wet from my workout. But I didn’t care, it was just so I didn’t mess it up.
At the end of his post, he decided he was going to try again. He didn’t get bear and cookies like he wanted to (like I probably would have) and went back at it. That was very motivating. I wish him luck.
Now that 75 days of doing everything set in, it’s really not that bad. A person can adjust to anything.
Can you adjust to the 75 Hard Challenge,
