Day 56, only 19 days left! Just feels good to be coming to the end of the challenge. I know I really didn’t master / conquer this one, this time, but I can start another one a couple days to weeks after this one is over.
I think the next one will change my diet and workouts again. I really want to get into power lifting but am way behind on the strength part. I should be eating more protein if I want to keep up with my workouts.
So I’m always excited about what’s next. I’m hopefully for the future to be better then I was. To make my life better then it was.
