Day 2 of 75 Hard Round 3

Hey everyone! Ben’s wife Lisa here to share my experience with our modified 75 hard challenge. I’ve never done the real true 75 hard, but I did support Ben through his. If you’re married you probably know that it’s always easier to follow a diet, budget, or whatever if your spouse is on board with you. I want to be supportive of my hubby and get healthy while growing my businesses, so here I am.

Today I was super busy, more so than most weekdays. We had homeschool, park group, lunch with a friend, consignment sale drop off, recruiting for Cub Scouts, a super quick dinner, and a Cub Scout meeting. It’s 9 and I just got home. I figured out how to work my challenge into my day even when I didn’t want to do it.

Water was actually the easiest part of my day. I carry a big Yet cup pretty much everywhere all the time. Since I was running around so much and Texas still thinks it’s summer I’m actually over my water goal for the day.

As for the workout I asked a friend to walk with me around the trail while the kids were building a fort out of fallen tree branches. We did about a mile, which is more than I’ve walked in awhile, minus the crazy walking day at Disneyland last month.

Social media posts are the easiest for me, most days as I schedule things out. Posting content, well I’m writing this, so check.

So far I’m doing well. Day 2 has been pretty simple, but I know harder days are in my future.
