Day 1 of 75 Hard Round 3

Today is day 1 of the new me! and my wife!

I’m so excited that my wife, Lisa, is going to join me in this challenge.

I do suggest if you are going to do the challenge that you start with the original 5 things:

  1. Strict Diet – No cheating, not even 1 bite, and No alcohol
  2. 2 Workouts per Day – 1 has to be outside and both have to be at least 45 minutes
  3. Drink 1 Gallon of Water per Day – Nothing but clear, plain water counts
  4. Read 10 Pager per Day – From a non-fiction self help book or business book
  5. Take a Progress Picture Every Day – So you can see the progress at the end

They seem simple, but it isn’t.

75 Days is a long enough time that something in your life will happen that will try and make it impossible to do all the things.

This challenge I’m starting early even though I know technically I will fail.

I’m having a surgery to remove a lump on my neck. Shouldn’t be anything according to the doc, but it needs to go and they will double check once it’s out that it isn’t anything.

The doc will have to put me out for the day and I’ll have to stay the night in the hospital at least once. So I know I’ll miss things that one day. If at all possible I’ll do everything in the hospital while I’m staying the second day.

I’m giving myself a 2 day pause for those days because of that. I didn’t want to wait until after to start the program.

My wife and I are altering our challenge a little. We will be doing these five things everyday:

  1. Drink a Gallon of Water
  2. Set a Daily Schedule and Stick to It
  3. Workout every Day
  4. Create a Content Post each every day
  5. Post 2 Social Media posts per day

I will also be picking up a sixth thing to do:

6. Snap In Every Day

It all seems easy, but we have tons of things scheduled already during this challenge; Lisa’s parents are coming to town for 2 weeks, and we are going to Las Vegas on vacation for a week.

We plan to do the challenge during all of this. The hotel has Wifi and we can make it happen.
