Lisa here. Today I was one of those days where I was not nearly as productive as I wanted. The day started out with our dog limping with swollen feet. Of course that meant spending some unplanned time at the vet. Then my husband got a call for work that changed his whole schedule for today too.
Basically all but a few hours of my day were thrown totally off. It’s nearly 9 and I have about 1/3 of my water let to drink and my workout to do. You know what though? I’m going to get it done. I made a commitment to myself, my husband and all of you to see this through, even though I really just want to watch some TV and eat a sweet treat.
What do you do when your day gets turned upside down? Do you work hard to get things done or do you give up? I challenge you to not give up. Keep going even when its hard. That’s what the 75 hard challenge is all about.
