Day 1 of 75 Hard: Just Start

So I just started.

I was trying to plan a big run so that I could do a 75 Hard Challenge with you, but couldn’t wait.

With my new job and a lot of things going on in my life I need a couple more wins. The 75 Hard program is a great way to win in life no matter what else is going on.

If you haven’t done the original plan, that’s where you should start. Do these five things every day for 75 days.

  1. Work out 2 times per day, 45 minutes each, at least 1 has to be outside
  2. Drink 1 Gallon of Water per day
  3. Take a Progress Picture every day
  4. Read 10 pages from a non-fiction self-help or business book every day
  5. Stay on a perfect diet you choose

I’ve done that and won. Now I’m motifying it a little and doing the things I can to push through and make my life better.

My 5 things for this 75 Hard:

  1. Do the Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod every day
  2. Drink 1 gallon of water per day
  3. Stay on the Modified Slow Carb Diet
  4. Do 1 thing at work to advance my career and/or the company
  5. Snap In
