Welcome to day 38 of 75 Hard Round 3.
Some things are getting harder and some are getting easier. Posting content has gotten easier. Following my schedule has gotten easier. Drinking water, well that hasn’t gotten easier, but it also hasn’t gotten harder. Working out is still not a habit for me. I have to force myself to do it most days, like today. It’s interesting because the busier I am outside the house the more likely I am to want to work out. Days like today where I was home nearly all day, nope, not feeling it. Since it’s part of the challenge I’ll do it, but I was really expecting to have built a bit more of a habit by day 38.
What are you struggling with on your 75 hard today? And how are you going to overcome it?
My plan is days where I am home more I’ll get up and walk around. My fitbit has a setting to remind me to get o many steps in every hour. I am going to use that and not ignore it.
