The end of the first week and I’m going strong!!!
What about you?
I’m tired… this is tough. But I’m getting a little win everyday before I go to bed.
On days like today I would not have done everything I should have… I’m just tired. I haven’t been sleeping well, but hopefully that will turn around soon.
I am losing weight on this challenge so far. And I’m happy about that. If I lose a couple more pounds I think it will help me sleep better.
What do you want out of this challenge? What would be that one thing you would want to accomplish in your life? That one way you want to be better?
Mine is my health right now. I’m almost 100 pounds over where I want to be. It took almost 15 years to get here… so it won’t go back in the next 75 days. I’m using this 75 Hard Challenge to get a jump start on that.
Some things are too big to get done in 75 days, but 75 days is a good place to start. If you can do it for 75 days, you can do it for more. The journey of a thousand miles…
