It’s my last day sharing my 75 hard round 3 challenge with you. Today was not only day 74, but it was also Thanksgiving. I love to cook and bake. It makes me happy, so we invited a bunch of friends over and had Thanksgiving at our house. Being on a gluten free diet this is really the easiest and safest way for me enjoy Thanksgiving too. I got up at 8 and other than eating dinner I didn’t sit down until about 30 minutes ago. Boy am I worn out. I forgot my Fitbit for half the day so who knows how many steps I actually took today.
For our workout, beyond cooking and taking a million steps around the kitchen, Ben and I took a walk after everyone left and everything was clean. I really do love taking walks as a family and want to continue after the 75 Hard challenge.
So here it is, one day left and we’ve made it. I’m still surprised that drinking a gallon of water has gotten so easy on most days. I honestly thought that would be one of the hardest parts of this challenge. Work outs are still a thing I have to push myself to do each day. Having the accountability of the 75 Hard challenge has been huge in getting me working out every day. I know I’m not where I need to be or where I have been when it comes to working out, but this challenge has been a good start.
Looking to the future I’m not sure if we will do another 75 Hard or a modified version or what, but we will let all of you know just as soon as we decide.
Remember, 75 Hard I will conquer. You’ve got this!
