Day 58 of 75 Hard Challenge Round 2

Today was easy and fun. My wife helped me through the down time last night and this morning, I felt way better by mid morning. Sleep helped, reading positive things helped, and walking around watering the grass helped.

After last night, today was a great day!!!

Even when I found out the work truck needed a new alternator so I could use it to go to the field tomorrow for a long trip, I just spent the hours of work and replaced.

I dropped my ratchet constantly, but was smart enough to buy the best tool ever. A stick with a magenet on it. Because the ratchet got stuck in the fan, the skid plate, the radiator, and in the belt. It only hit the ground once. Every other time I don’t know how I would have gotten it without my magic little tool.

But I spent time with family, went to an HOA board meeting. I’m now the Vice President… yeah me! But someone needed to volunteer and I live here, so I’m actually happy to do it. Keep the HOA from becoming over run with crazy.

I still got most of my challenge done. I have to post another social media something, and do some work for my other side hustle, but I’m ready to be done for the night.

Nice day. A great contrast from yesterday.

Sometimes you have to push through the bad times because it will get better as long as you work at it, get help when you need it, and take time to improve your position. Old Marine Corps Rifleman saying, always be improving your position… I’m trying to live by that more and more.

What about you? Can you push through the bad times while improving yourself to make it to the good times? Will you be up to the challenge or will you crumble?

This 75 Hard Challenge will make you able to push through some of the toughest times. It’s not a given talent at birth, it’s something you learn as you go. Putting yourself under a little hardship now will give you the resilience to push through when things are really bad.

Now is the time! Start the Challenge in the next couple days. You can do it!
