Day 0 of 75 Hard Round 4

Ding, Ding, Ding, Ding…. That’s the sound of the bell to start round 4 for me.

Are you ready to start a challenge?

Can you do it?

This is how you do it; the 75 Hard Challenge. Originally developed by Andy Frisella at the MFCEO Project to be the way for your to gain more grit and take complete control of your life in only 75 days. And it works!

I lost 25 pounds, learned how to truly schedule my life, and how to work hard.

I’m starting my next journey tomorrow. Will you start it with me?

Can you do it?

The original 75 Hard is 5 simple things that you do for 75 Days in a row. No excuses, no reasons for not doing it, and no missing days. The point is that life will happen in those 75 days and you will have to make it work.

The original 5 things:

  1. Follow a diet. One of your choice, but it must be structured with a plan to improve you physically. No Alcohol as a part of your diet.
  2. Complete Two 45-minute workouts per day; 1 must be out doors
  3. Drink 1 Gallon of water per day
  4. Read 10 Pages of a self-help or business book every day
  5. Take a daily progress picture

Looks simple! And it is. It’s just not easy.

I did that one, so I’m modifying it to advance my life in the places I’m looking to improve on. I chose 5 simple habits that will drive my life forward if I do them everyday.

  1. Drink 1 Gallon of Water per Day
  2. Walk 12,500 Steps every day
  3. Do the Slow Carb Diet
  4. Snap In every day
  5. Create Content Daily

All of them are simple. The hard part is doing them everyday.
