This was a tough week at work and a hard drive home. I’ve been craving food all the time. The diet is hard, but even harder in getting 12,500 steps in per day. It’s really tough. I feel like I’m taking multiple walks per day to get my steps in.
Worst part for me is that during the first week I lost 5 pounds. That’s the good news… the bad news is the second week I put that right back on. So I’m at the weight on day 13 as I was on day 1. And I’ve had the diet and the cravings.
I’m going to stick with this for the 75 days… but it is really tough. I’ll have to just to see if it will work for weight loss again. I can do this… it’s just hard right now.
How about you? I’ve talking all this negative stuff and now I’m going for the motivation part.
Every struggle has the silver lining, we just have to find it. Right now for me, I’m getting lots of content up and starting to look into the future more. I am making plans for a couple years out by making lists of what needs to get done and getting to it.
Yesterday was a sloth day. If it wasn’t for this challenge I would have sat on the couch for most of the day doing nothing. Today this is up early because I’m going camping the family. We are going to hang out and have a good time.
I’ll still do the challenge. That’s how you can tell you are dedicated to something. When you are going on a weekend get away and you will still get the things done. I can, and will do it.
