Almost done! Yes… And can’t wait to accomplish this goal. I just have to be careful I don’t slip up on the last couple days. Today is an easy Sunday where my only real need for anything is the yards and church. Tomorrow is my kids birthday party and that will be a lot of work and stress. My wife was suppose to clean while I was out of town and didn’t. We always do the last second world wind of cleaning that stresses me out and gives me anxiety. I always seem to be still cleaning as the first people walk into the party.
Well tomorrow I’ll have to get my morning routine, morning workout, and stuff done early so I can help clean, have to party and then get off to the gym so I can do my night-time workout. While keeping to my diet and drinking a gallon of water. It should be doable, but the cleaning at the last second gives me anxiety for no reason. Our friends know us and don’t judge because we aren’t perfectly clean people, but would like to be with all the people in the house.
But 7 days and a wake up and I’m done with the challenge! So I’m almost there. One week to go! Don’t know what I’m really going to do to celebrate this accomplishment. The only thing I really want to do is open a bottle of wine with my wife and drink a little and talk about what we are going to do next. Life is just beginning and we are not there yet. I want to keep growing, keep accomplishing great things, and make the world better. And all that takes work.
As I finish I’ll keep doing my diet (it just won’t be perfect), I’ll keep reading, and I’ll keep drinking a gallon of water a day. I’m excited about restructuring my workouts to get that part of my life moving up again. I want to do a power lifting competition, but haven’t been able to keep getting stronger working out twice a day because there isn’t enough recovery time.
