- Work out twice a day, at least 45 minutes each, at least one workout outside (you have to deal with the weather).
- Drink 1 Gallon of water per day
- Read 10 Pages of a Self Help or Business book every day
- Have a perfect diet
- Take a progress picture every day
Do those five things for 45 days without a break, no excuses, and you will be on your way to becoming the best you can be.
